Yes. We offer remote services for certain appointment types, including CANS Assessments, to ensure accessible support for families and caseworkers. Please ask about telehealth availability when scheduling your counseling or evaluation appointment.
We work primarily with adults and adolescents, depending on the service requested. Our services may include counseling, psychological assessment, consultation, and evaluative work. Appropriateness of services is determined during your initial meeting with the therapist.
Standard counseling sessions are typically 50–55 minutes. Frequency varies based on client needs, goals, and the type of service provided. Assessment and evaluative services may involve longer or multiple appointments.
Yes. Counseling services are confidential and governed by state law and professional ethical standards. There are limits to confidentiality, including situations involving risk of harm to self or others, abuse or neglect reporting requirements, court orders, or other legally mandated disclosures. These limits are reviewed during your initial meeting and are outlined in detail in your intake paperwork.
Missed appointments or late cancellations with less than 24-hours notice are subject to the full session fee. Specific policies are outlined in our informed consent documents.
